Frequently asked questions
What are qualified referrals?
Individuals or companies who have signed an agreement for a minimum six-month contract and completed at least 30 days of virtual assistant services with us.
What is the maximum I can earn?
There is no limit to the number of referrals in your network. Each successful referral that becomes a client earns you $100 cash or $100 credit towards your next bill, plus any additional PrimeView client benefits.
Do I have to be a client to receive rewards?
No. You do not need to be a VAO or PrimeView client, though we appreciate every referral.
How often do I get paid?
Once the referred client signs a minimum six-month contract and pays their first monthly invoice.
What if the client cancels?
If the client cancels within 30 days of signing, the referral bonus or discount is waived.
Can I track my referrals?
Yes. You'll get a link to our CRM where you can track your referral deals and their status.
