Brand Guide kit
Every widget on this page is already set to brand spec. To use one, right-click it in the Elementor navigator, choose Copy, then paste it into your page. Do not restyle it afterwards — colours and fonts are bound to the global settings, so if the brand changes, every copy updates automatically.
Pick the named slot in Elementor rather than typing a hex value. Slots are bound site-wide, so if a colour changes, every widget using it updates automatically. A typed hex does not.
Ink muted is the only approved secondary text colour — Ink at 70%. Use it for captions, labels and supporting copy. Never for headings, and never on the berry band, where Ink is unreadable; muted text there uses Pink base at 70% instead.
Each block below is one role. Copy the sample, not the label. Sizes come from the global font slots — do not resize by hand.
The team and the operating system behind your growth.
One pipeline, start to steady state.
We hand-pick the people
Assessed on your kind of work, then shortlisted for you to interview. Tools, hours and timezone overlap agreed before anyone starts.
Office operations, quality standards and weekly review sit with us.
What could your company do with the right team behind it?
Two only. The primary carries a 2px gold underline — that detail is part of the brand, keep it.
The five mistakes that actually happen. Each rule has a reason attached — the reason matters more than the rule, because it tells you what to do in a case not listed here.
Pick the named global slot — Primary, Accent, Custom › Blush.
Type a hex value into a widget, even the correct one.
A typed hex is invisible to the brand. Change the colour later and every typed instance is left behind.
One primary button per screen, with the outline button beside it for the alternative.
Two filled primary buttons competing in the same view.
The primary marks the one action you want taken. Two primaries means neither is primary.
Sentence case: “One pipeline, start to steady state.”
Title Case, or ALL CAPS for a headline.
Capitals are reserved for the eyebrow style. Using them elsewhere removes the contrast that makes the eyebrow readable.
Copy the role that fits — Display, Section, Sub-head.
Copy a heading then change its size to fit the space.
Every hand-resized heading is a size nobody else knows about. Change the words or the layout instead.
Publish real figures: “8 specialisms”, “14-day replacement cover”.
Ship placeholders like [###] or vague claims like “many”.
A specific number is the most persuasive thing on the page. A placeholder is worse than no stat at all.
The one thing on this page nobody can copy and paste. Staff are recruited, trained, housed and managed by us, then work only for the client — that accountability is the product, and the voice follows from it.
We recruit, train, house and manage dedicated offshore staff — then stay accountable for how the work lands.

Name the problem first
“Growth arrives as overhead.” Lead with the client’s experience, not our capability.
Use real numbers
“14-day replacement cover”, “eight specialisms”. Never “many” or “industry-leading”.
Sentence case everywhere
Headlines, buttons, form labels. Capitals belong to the eyebrow style only.
Say what the button does
“Build my team”, “Send it over”. Never “Submit” or “Learn more”.
